Synopsis Back To Top

Chill out with the funniest family comedy of the year! Jim Carrey stars as Tom Popper, a successful businessman who's clueless when it comes to the really important things in life... until he inherits six "adorable" penguins, each with its own unique personality. Soon Tom's rambunctious roommates turn his swank New York apartment into a snowy winter wonderland - and the rest of his world upside-down. Adapted from the award-winning classic children's book, Mr. Popper's Penguins is a cool blast of fun for all ages!

This DVD contains one special feature: "Nimrod and Stinky's Antarctic Adventure". This feature runs for 6 minutes. It is an animation short set in the Antarctic in which two men try to capture several penguins, but they do not know that these penguins are smarter than them.

It is a traditional cartoon that kids will enjoy. Not the most creative, the short provides some humorous moments, but it is not something that one would watch again and again. It is definitely not worth the money to get the DVD just for this special feature. But if you enjoyed Mr Popper's Penguin, then that's another matter.
